Hands On eNewsletter — February 2014
Dear {Friend},
You’re not letting this blustery winter keep you inside, are you? Yeah, we didn’t think so. Help us inspire others to embrace the great outdoors in spite of the cold by entering the “I <3 Snow” Photo Contest.
We believe that people have to love nature before they’ll feel driven to protect it, and winter wonderland photos are a great way to keep that love going all year round. Not a photographer? No worries. Join in the fun by voting to decide which photo will get the People’s Choice prize.
In other news, look ahead to summer with our new Youth Conservation Leadership Crews; get a dose of nostalgia from SCA alumni Charley Dickey and Qiana Patterson; or remain in the Valentine’s Day spirit with Dept. of Interior’s adorable video of public lands marriage proposals.
